Mon: Rest Day
Tues: 5 min TM walk warmup, back 30 min; cardio TM 30 min 2 miles; 360 cals.
Wed: 5 min TM walk warmup; 35 min chest & abs; 35 min TM cardio 2 miles
Thurs: 10 min bike warmup; Legs approx 40 min; 25 bike; approx 300 cals.
Fri: Rest Day
Sat: Rest Day; 35 min arms/delts/abs; 40 min TM cardio 2.5 miles
Sun: Cardio - 60 min walk outside 360 cals - hot out!
